Gabor Jokay

Gábor is a Human Resources and Organizational Development consultant, leadership expert and certified coach. He worked several years as an HR professional (AT&T, Ericsson), later Head of HR (Aventis Pharma) before moving to Consulting and Organizational Development. From 2005, he was principal consultant of the leading HR consultancy Hewitt Associates’ Hungarian branch. As head of the Leadership Development and Performance Management practices, he managed large scale HR and Organizational Development projects. Since 2013, Gábor has worked as an independent OD and Leadership Development professional. He works with senior executives and managers as coach, consultant and trainer. He helps them becoming more self-aware and effective leaders, who can build organizations where people love to belong.​​

Gábor holds a BA degree in Business Studies from the Oxford Brookes University and a post-graduate degree in Organizational Development / Supervision from the International Business School - Budapest.​ He lives in Budapest, Hungary with his wife and 3 children.​
