David White, PhD
Principal, San Francisco
David is a partner and founder of Culture Logics. He was also the co-founder and partner of Ontos Global, a boutique consultancy. He has spent over 35 years helping organizations manage and sustain change. As a cognitive anthropologist, his research focuses on modern approaches to culture and transformation. He’s authored two books that challenge the way culture is thought of and practiced in business.
His consulting and corporate leadership experience spans global companies and start-ups, and includes Microsoft, Xylem, Mercury Systems, GE, OpenDoor, Fidelity Investments, Pratt & Whitney, Bayer, Biogen, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, among many others.
David grew up in Chile, Spain, and the United States. He is also a professional jazz guitarist and composer with 7 albums to his credit (dwhitejazz.com).
Rita Jokay
Partner, Budapest
Rita has a degree in Business Administration and developed competencies in Human Resources Management, Leadership and Team development and Change Management. Her interest in personal change and development drew her to become a Gestalt Psychotherapist and Supervisor. She is the founder of Gestalt Center Budapest, aiming to provide space for learning in different ways based on Gestalt approach and methodology. In her newest studies she became a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in 2024.
Besides working with organizations, she has a private practice where she works with individuals and couples as therapist and with professionals as supervisor. In her work she always follows her natural interest and curiosity to develop organizational and individual awareness. She can mobilize huge energy and bravery in order to facilitate change.
Chris Fagan
Director of Research, Seattle
Chris oversees Culture Logics' culture research. He has been on the forefront of investigating and implementing quantitative approaches for empirical measurements of culture.
He has held multi-faceted roles in integrated talent management and leadership development program management and led senior teams in researching talent standards for IT, Finance, Sales, Operations and Customer Service functions. Prior to Ontos Chris worked at Microsoft with HR, Engineering, IT, Research, and Sales stakeholders in the development of Microsoft’s first integrated talent management system.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Government from Pomona College, and a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute.
Peter Skoglund
Partner, Sweden
With a diverse and accomplished career spanning multiple industries and roles, Peter Skoglund brings a wealth of experience and expertise. As an Organisation Development Consultant and Executive Coach, Peter has a proven track record of enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering sustainable growth. His extensive background includes various managerial and leadership positions.
Peter holds a Master of Science in Pharmacy from Uppsala University, demonstrating a strong foundation in scientific and analytical thinking. Peter teaches at Lund University, Faculty of Engineering in Human Performance and Pedagogy. He is a Certified Organisation Development Consultant and studied Business Administration at Uppsala University, specializing in Leadership and Personal Development.
Gabor Jokay
Partner, Budapest
Gábor is a Human Resources and Organizational Development consultant, leadership expert and certified coach. He worked several years as an HR professional (AT&T, Ericsson), later Head of HR (Aventis Pharma) before moving to Consulting and Organizational Development. From 2005, he was principal consultant and practice head of Hewitt Associates’ Hungarian branch, where he led Organizational Development and Transformation projects. Since 2013, Gábor has worked as an independent OD and Leadership professional. As a coach, consultant and facilitator, he helps managers becoming more self-aware and effective leaders, who can build organizations where people love to belong.
Gábor holds a degree in Business Studies from the Oxford Brookes University and a degree in Organizational Development from the International Business School - Budapest.
